Very disappointed, thank you to those responsible for coming to us (we are still waiting for them), problem with labeling on the figurines (apart from color codes with prices on a sign and bar codes without prices) big surprise When the price arrived at the checkout, I felt obliged to buy the toy for my son given that he had been told yes and that we thought the color code corresponded to the price displayed at the top. The staff was in Very pleasant return and very embarrassed to actually see the labeling problem but did not know how to help us despite going to a manager. A manager would therefore have been welcome to explain to us the problem of labeling and therefore of a forced purchase so as not to upset our son now that we had said yes to him.

A very long-time customer, I deplore a decline in the quality of plants, despite their high prices... Labeling errors in "sale" products and a rather unpleasant welcome (at the bottom as well as at the top of the hierarchy), sharp on the friendliness and competence of the previously appreciated staff. I no longer plan to go to this store and will even recommend Botanique or Gonthier if you want to beautify your garden :)
